I'm taking on Snowdon for Sunrise in support of Your Local Air Ambulance
Every day of the year, Your Local Air Ambulance (Warwickshire & Northamptonshire/Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland) is helping save more lives. Our critical care paramedics, doctors and pilots attend an average of five rescue missions a day.
The air ambulance gives people the very best chance of survival and recovery. We are supported by a Critical Care Car meaning that we can reach those who need us 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The charity receives no government funding for its daily missions.

Saturday 7th MarWe’re excited to be supporting our local Air Ambulance with a truly memorable fundraising challenge! In the early hours of 7th June 2026, My team from Kwik fit will be taking on Mount Snowdon, setting off at 1:00am for a night-time climb with a difference.
From myself, a couple of centre managers, right through to our Year 1 and 2 apprentices, colleagues from across the business will be pulling together for this great cause — and to make it even more fun, we’ll all be tackling the climb in fancy dress. We’ve even managed to persuade RNM Stuart Conchie to lace up his boots and join the adventure.
As if the early start and fancy dress weren’t challenge enough, the team will also be carrying 4x Bridgestone All season tyres between us for the entire climb, with one simple rule: they can’t be dropped. It’s a true test of teamwork, determination, and a few sore arms!
This challenge is all about community spirit and raising as much money as possible for a charity that provides lifesaving support when it’s needed most. We’re incredibly proud of everyone involved and grateful for any support as we aim to make a real difference.
