Every day of the year, Your Local Air Ambulance (Warwickshire & Northamptonshire/Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland) is helping save more lives. Our critical care paramedics, doctors and pilots attend an average of ten rescue missions a day.
The air ambulance gives people the very best chance of survival and recovery. We are supported by a Critical Care Car meaning that we can reach those who need us 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The charity receives no government funding for its daily missions.

Thursday 29th Jan In September 2025 , my son- Teddy was ran over by a drunk driver. He was air lifted by the air ambulance to Alderhey hospital where he was treated.He was very lucky to sustain just a broken knee, severe bruising and gravel rash!
I am forever thankful for all the emergency services workers at the scene and especially the air ambulance crew. They not only secured and stabilised Teddy but made sure I was doing ok during such a traumatic experience. To find out these guys aren't government funded has disgusted me, so this is my chance to give back! Please donate however big or small helps!
