I'm taking on Snowdon for Sunrise in support of Your Local Air Ambulance
We’re excited to be supporting our local Air Ambulance with a truly memorable fundraising challenge! In the early hours of 7th June 2026, My team from Area 880 will be taking on Mount Snowdon, setting off at 1:00am for a night-time climb with a difference.
From myself Mark Boswell, Centre managers Luke and Nathan, to our Year 2 apprentices,7 of us in total from across my area, will be pulling together for this great cause — and to make it even more fun, we’ll all be tackling the climb in fancy dress. We’ve even managed to persuade RNM Stuart Conchie to lace up his boots and join the adventure.
As if the early start and fancy dress weren’t challenge enough, The team will also be carrying four Bridgestone AS tyres between us for the entire climb, with one simple rule: they can’t be dropped. It’s a true test of teamwork, determination, and a few sore arms!
This challenge is all about community spirit and raising as much money as possible for a charity that provides lifesaving support when it’s needed most. We’re incredibly proud of everyone involved and grateful for any support as we aim to make a real difference.
