The National Children’s Air Ambulance is an inter-hospital transfer service flying critically ill babies and children from one hospital to another for specialist care. With our ability to fly approximately four times faster than a land ambulance, we can minimise travel times and the risk for little patients.

The charity receive no government funding for its daily missions. Your support keeps them flying, thank you.

Lowens Journey 🦁

Monday 9th Mar
Without this incredible service from the children’s air ambulance, we wouldn’t be in the right hospital getting the right care for our little Lowen currently. 

Each trip costs over £5500 and is worth every penny. The team were nothing short of amazing - supporting both him and us as a family in his transfer from Truro to Birmingham. A trip by road ambulance would’ve taken 11 hours and would involve many teams, however the helicopter took just 3 hours from door to door.

Matt and I have decided to have some fun and raise some funds whilst doing so in August for this amazing service! 🚁 ❤️
