TAKE ON AN INFLATABLE 5K FOR YOUR LOCAL AIR AMBULANCE
The Inflatable 5K: the UK’s biggest and most exciting inflatable obstacle course is back in 2026, and we want you on our team! With 22 locations nationwide, this family-friendly event is packed with giant inflatables, slides, and bouncy challenges along a fun-filled 5K route that everyone can enjoy, no matter your age or fitness level.

- In order to take part in your chosen location we ask you to raise 50% of your fundraising target 6 weeks before the event date and the remainder by the day of the event.
- The inflatable 5k is open for ages 5 and up. Children aged 15 and under must be always accompanied by a participating adult (max 3 children per 1 adult).
