My target 50 mi

I'm raising funds as I'm inspired by the work of my local air ambulance.

Every day of the year, your local air ambulance (Warwickshire & Northamptonshire/Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland) is helping save more lives. Our critical care paramedics, doctors and pilots attend an average of five rescue missions a day.

The air ambulance gives people the very best chance of survival and recovery. We are supported by a Critical Care Car meaning that we can reach those who need us 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The charity receives no government funding for its daily missions.

My Updates

14/09/24- Day Six

Saturday 14th Sep
Day 6- Almost half way through the challenge and just over half the total miles done. With a few days off coming up, hoping to get a fair bit of walking and cycling done to smash those 50 miles!

12/09/24- Day four

Thursday 12th Sep
Weather's been rubbish for cycling so I've added to the miles with a dog walk instead.

10/09/24- Day Two

Tuesday 10th Sep
Cycled to base, adding another 5 miles towards the target. Hoping the rain clears before cycling back home tonight!

09/09/24- Day one

Monday 9th Sep
Kick started the challenge by cycling to base which will be 10 miles there and back.
