Help me to save more lives
I'm raising funds for my local air ambulance who saved my son's life when I found him unresponsive. Without their expert care my son would not have survived. I cannot thank them enough.
I am setting off from Minehead on Tuesday 17th June to walk to Lands End which almost 260 miles and if I am still standing I will continue for as far as I can stand up. Hopefully I can make it to 630 miles and I believe it would be the equivalent of walking up 4 Everests in terms of elevation.
Please either sponsor me or support your local air ambulance. Warwickshire & Northamptonshire/Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland air ambulance critical care paramedics, doctors and pilots attend an average of five rescue missions a day.
The air ambulance gives people the very best chance of survival and recovery. They are supported by a Critical Care Car meaning that they can reach those who need it 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The charity receives no government funding for its daily missions.
