I'm Taking On The Big Half – Help Me Make Every Mile Count!

On Sunday 7th September 2025, I’ll be lacing up my running shoes and joining thousands of others in The Big Half – a vibrant half marathon through the heart of London. It’s more than just a race: it’s a celebration of community, diversity, and determination.

Very importantly, I'm running to raise vital funds for The Air Ambulance Service, the charity I’m proud to be part of as CEO. 

We provide critical, life-saving services when every second counts whether that’s through Your Local Air Ambulance crews or the Children’s Air Ambulance, which transfers critically ill babies and children to the specialist care they urgently need.

Every day, Your Local Air Ambulance flies missions across Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland. Our Critical Care Car teams are also on call 365 days a year, because emergencies don’t stick to office hours.

And through the Children’s Air Ambulance, we provide a vital, high-speed transfer service for young patients, flying specialist clinical teams to local hospitals and safely transporting children to the expert care they need, wherever that may be in the UK.

We receive no government funding for our daily missions. Every life we touch is made possible through donations just like yours.
